About Sefiya Consulting

Sefiya Consulting is a full service marketing consulting firm. We specialize in working with small to medium sized businesses as well as individual agents and companies in the real estate industry. We offer consulting services for strategic direction, creative direction, website and online presence, brand identity, lead generation and marketing collateral creation.

Sefiya Consulting was founded by Heather Morford in response to the need for creative business development solutions and marketing intelligence support. We provide consulting services tailored to your specific needs as well as pre-designed marketing services with a proven track record for success. We realize that many firms take a "cookie cutter'" approach to marketing and business development but we aren't one of those firms. We value a unique position and strive to have our pulse on the latest in industry and technology trends, therefore allowing our clients to stay one step ahead of the competition.

Heather Morford, Owner

Heather currently serves as president of Sefiya and is engaged in strategic consulting, new business development, coaching and client relations.

Heather's experience in marketing and advertising spans 15 year of experience in corporate marketing and public relations, small business marketing and the real estate industry. Heather has a rich history of personal success in developing unique marketing systems that achieve results. As a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Bain and owner of Urban Living Seattle Associates, Heather consistently won awards for her achievements and ranked in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. She has taught classes in both online and print marketing and has coached many real estate agents in pushing their careers to the next level. Her daring resourcefulness, innovative techniques and cultivated creativity has helped hundreds of clients reach their goals.

Heather has been involved with The American Marketing Association, the National Association of Realtors and has served on numerous government affairs boards with the Seattle King County Association of Realtors and the Washington State Board of Realtors. Heather also serves on the boards of local non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, SKCAR education Foundation, The Seattle Art Museum and South Sound Family Services.

Heather earned her B.A. in International Communications with a minor in Computer Science from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
